ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Usable without
a mouse or a squint.

LoopBar aims to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA across the website and the extension’s own interface. This statement describes what has been checked, what has not, and how to tell us when we get it wrong.

Conformance status

LoopBar is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means most of the content meets the standard, but some parts have not been independently verified. LoopBar has not yet commissioned an external accessibility audit, so this statement reflects internal testing only.

What has been checked

  • A visible skip-to-content link is the first focusable element on every page.
  • Pages declare a language, use main, nav, and footer landmarks, and follow a heading order without skipped levels.
  • Every form control has a programmatic label; status messages use live regions so screen readers announce them.
  • Text and interactive controls were measured against their actual rendered background for WCAG AA contrast.
  • Page zoom is not disabled and layouts reflow to a 390 pixel viewport without horizontal scrolling.
  • The homepage product preview animates automatically and provides a pause control; motion is reduced for visitors whose system requests it.
  • Interactive targets that are not inline links are sized or padded to at least 24 pixels.

Known limitations

  • No independent audit or assistive-technology certification has been performed.
  • Sponsor artwork is supplied by advertisers. LoopBar validates format, dimensions, and weight, and always renders its own Sponsored label and dismiss control, but it cannot guarantee the contrast or legibility of the pixels inside a third-party image.
  • The extension renders inside seven third-party AI interfaces whose own accessibility LoopBar does not control.
  • Third-party flows, including Stripe hosted onboarding and checkout, follow their providers’ accessibility support rather than this statement.

Feedback and enforcement

If any part of LoopBar blocks you, email support@loopbar.co with the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. LoopBar aims to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or AI conversations.

If a reply does not resolve the problem, users in the European Union may escalate to the national enforcement body designated under the European Accessibility Act, and users in the United Kingdom may contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service.

Prepared from internal testing. Not independently audited. This statement is reviewed when the site or extension interface changes materially.
