TERMS OF SERVICE · VERSION 2026-08-16

Clear money.
Clear rules.

These Terms govern LoopBar accounts, browser-extension use, advertising rewards, wallets, payouts, and managed advertising campaigns. By creating an account or using LoopBar, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

  • LoopBar is only for people who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using LoopBar, you confirm that you are at least 18, legally able to enter this agreement, and located in a country where LoopBar, its available payout providers, advertising rewards, and payouts are legally available. LoopBar is not intended for anyone under 18.
  • You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and promptly report unauthorized access. Payout details are optional while earning and are only required before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • One person may not create duplicate or automated accounts to increase rewards. LoopBar may suspend accounts while investigating invalid traffic, fraud, sanctions, or legal compliance.
  • Stripe, PayPal, or another available provider may require identity, tax, bank, account, or recipient verification before a payout can be made.

The 50/50 advertising split

For each eligible, verified paid ad impression, LoopBar records identical whole-micro ledger entries: 50% of gross campaign revenue as the viewer reward and 50% as LoopBar revenue. Stripe processing fees, Connect costs, refunds, disputes, fraud losses, taxes owed by LoopBar, and operating costs come from LoopBar’s half and do not reduce the viewer’s recorded 50% share.

Only views from an extension linked to an eligible LoopBar account may earn rewards. LoopBar applies account, device, network, campaign, and time-based limits to protect advertisers and users; traffic beyond those limits may receive a non-earning house banner. Fallback banners, provider test ads, previews, duplicate or automated activity, blocked reporting, exhausted campaigns, refunded or disputed campaign funds, policy violations, and impressions that fail verification do not earn rewards.

Managed artwork and campaigns

  • LoopBar does not offer public self-serve campaign payment, artwork upload, or automatic activation. Advertising arrangements are confirmed directly with LoopBar or an approved supply partner.
  • Approved campaigns provide finished 728×90 desktop and 320×50 mobile images for loading inventory, a finished 160×600 image for the persistent right rail, or all three for both placements. LoopBar validates file type, dimensions, and size.
  • Campaign owners must have permission to use every trademark, image, claim, and destination and must keep the campaign accurate, lawful, clearly branded, and suitable for the selected audience.
  • Creative may not contain malware, deceptive controls, unlawful content, undisclosed personal data, or material that infringes another person’s rights. LoopBar may reject, pause, or remove a campaign for safety, quality, policy, legal, funding, or payment reasons.
  • Commercial terms are confirmed separately. No inquiry, email, artwork delivery, or payment automatically activates a campaign or guarantees a specific number, order, timing, or audience of impressions.

Wallet and monthly payout cycle

  • Verified rewards feed into the Wallet automatically and appear for the calendar month in which they are counted. You do not need to select or connect a payout method before viewing eligible ads or accumulating verified rewards.
  • Earnings from the current calendar month are pending. They generally become available after that month closes and required settlement, fraud, refund, and compliance checks finish.
  • The minimum withdrawal is $10 USD. Amounts below the minimum remain in the Wallet and roll into later monthly cycles.
  • After a pending or completed withdrawal request, another withdrawal may be requested no sooner than 30 days later across all payout methods. Failed or reversed transfers do not start a new 30-day period.
  • Before withdrawing, an eligible user must connect and complete any verification required by an available payout method shown in the Wallet. Stripe may support a bank or eligible debit card. PayPal or Venmo may be offered only where LoopBar and the provider approve the recipient, currency, and country. A displayed balance is a platform ledger entry, not a bank deposit, stored-value account, or guaranteed cash equivalent until payment is completed.
  • LoopBar aims to process eligible withdrawals promptly, but does not guarantee a specific arrival date. A payment may be delayed, unclaimed, rejected, reversed, or held because of payment-processor review, inaccurate information, sanctions or identity checks, suspected fraud, advertiser refunds or disputes, technical outages, insufficient cleared campaign funds, or legal requirements.
  • LoopBar will use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate a late payout. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or user rights that cannot legally be excluded.
  • Users are responsible for taxes that apply to reward income. LoopBar may request tax information or issue required reports.

Acceptable use

You may not manipulate loading states, persistent placements, viewability checks, rotations, or impressions; use bots, scripts, click farms, emulators, or false identities; interfere with measurement or security; reverse engineer protected services; violate another service’s rules; or use LoopBar for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity. Rewards connected to prohibited activity may be voided where permitted by law.

Third-party services and availability

LoopBar depends on browsers, AI websites, advertisers, ad providers, Supabase, Stripe, PayPal, hosting providers, and network services that LoopBar does not control. Features may change or become unavailable when those services change. LoopBar may maintain, modify, pause, or discontinue a feature, and will provide notice when reasonably practical.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoopBar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises of uninterrupted operation, a particular amount of advertising inventory, earnings, or continued compatibility with any AI service. LoopBar does not guarantee that a user will see an ad or earn a minimum amount.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopBar and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. For claims that may legally be limited, LoopBar’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid or payable to the user through LoopBar during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100 USD. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including liability that cannot be waived for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain consumer rights.

Changes, suspension, and disputes

LoopBar may update these Terms for product, security, legal, or business reasons. Material changes will be presented through the website or account before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted. LoopBar may suspend or close an account for breach, fraud risk, legal requirements, or threats to the service. Any governing-law, venue, or arbitration provision must be added for the operating company’s actual jurisdiction before commercial launch; mandatory local consumer protections continue to apply.

Contact and entire agreement

Support, privacy, deletion, and legal requests may be sent to support@loopbar.co or through the signed-in dashboard. Advertising and business inquiries belong at contact@loopbar.co. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any separately confirmed campaign agreement form the agreement for the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

This launch draft matches the implemented wallet and payment logic, but it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. The operating entity, contact address, governing law, and jurisdiction-specific consumer disclosures must be completed before accepting real funds.
